標準說明
1.主題內容與適用范圍
本標準規定了液體增塑劑的體積電阻率的測定方法。
本標準適用于測定液體增塑劑的體積電阻率。其他液體助劑也可參照本測定方法。
2.體積電阻率的定義
是在試樣體積電流方向的直流電場強度與該處電流密度之比,以Ω?m表示。
3.試樣
3.1 液體增塑劑試樣每次用40ml左右。
3.2 試樣應無氣泡及雜質缺陷。
3.3 試樣應在溫度23±2℃、相對濕度60-70%的條件下放置2h以上。
4.測試儀器及電極 
4.1 高阻計
高阻計測試時應滿足下列要求:
a.高阻計測量范圍應包括1*106-1*1017Ω。
b.阻值大于1012Ω時,測量誤差小于±20%;阻值等于或小于1012Ω時,測量誤差應小于±10%。
c.零點飄移每小時不大于全標尺的4%。
d.輸入接線的絕緣電阻應大于儀器輸入電阻的100倍。
e.測試電路應有良好的屏蔽。
f.儀器應定期進行校驗。
4.2 電極
電極應由黃銅或不銹鋼制成。高壓電極內徑146mm,測量電極外徑120mm,護環寬度8mm,測量電極與高壓電極的間隙為2mm,電極工作面粗糙度為1.6以下。電級的開關和尺寸如圖1所示。
5.測定步驟
5.1 將經過處理后的試樣倒入高壓電極內,使液面剛好和測量表面全部接觸。
5.2 測試須在溫度23±2℃及相對濕度60-70%環境中進行。
5.3 試驗時,對試樣所加的電壓為100-500V的直流電壓。
5.4 將電極接入儀器測量端,調整儀器,按儀器說明書進行操作。加上試驗電壓1min,讀取電阻的指示值,同時須對試樣連續測定兩次,取兩次結果算術平均值。每次測定后試樣及地極要放電1min。
6.計算
體積電阻率ρv(Ω?m)按式(1)(2)計算:

(2)適用范圍:適用于測量粉末、粉體、顆粒物、電子元器件、介質材料、電線電纜、防靜電產品、如防靜電鞋、防靜電塑料橡膠制品、計算機房防靜電活動地板等電阻值等絕緣性能的檢驗和電子電器產品的絕緣電阻測量。本儀器測量高電阻測微電流。
(3)特點:采用四探針測量法、儀器體積小、重量輕、高穩定性,高準確度的數字高阻測量儀器。本儀器配不同的測量電極(夾具)可以測量不同材料 (固體、粉體或液體)的體積電阻率和表面電阻率或電導率及方阻。
(4)材料的導電性是用電阻率ρ(單位:歐·米)或電導率σ(單位:歐-1·米-1)來表示的。兩者互為倒數,并且都與試樣的尺寸無關,而只決定于材料的性質。工程上習慣將材料根據導電性質粗略地分為超導體、導體、半導體和絕緣體四類。

 電阻率

 

電阻(zu)率是(shi)用來表示(shi)各種物質(zhi)電阻(zu)特性的(de)物理量。某(mou)種材料制成的(de)長(chang)1米、橫(heng)截面積是(shi)1平方(fang)毫(hao)米的(de)在常(chang)溫下(xia)(20℃時(shi))導線的(de)電阻(zu),叫做(zuo)這種材料的(de)電阻(zu)率。電阻(zu)率的(de)單(dan)(dan)位是(shi)歐姆·米(Ω·m或(huo)ohmm),常(chang)用單(dan)(dan)位是(shi)歐姆·毫(hao)米和歐姆·米。

 

應用

 說明(ming)

 

 1.電阻(zu)率ρ不僅(jin)和導(dao)體(ti)的材料(liao)有(you)關,還(huan)和導(dao)體(ti)的溫(wen)(wen)度(du)有(you)關。在溫(wen)(wen)度(du)變(bian)化不大的范(fan)圍內(nei):幾乎所有(you)金屬(shu)的電阻(zu)率隨溫(wen)(wen)度(du)作線性變(bian)化,即ρ=ρo(1+at)。式(shi)中t是(shi)攝氏溫(wen)(wen)度(du),&rho;o是(shi)O℃時的電阻(zu)率,a是(shi)電阻(zu)率溫(wen)(wen)度(du)系數。

 

2.由于電(dian)(dian)阻率隨溫度(du)改(gai)變而(er)改(gai)變,所以對于某些電(dian)(dian)器的電(dian)(dian)阻,必須說明它們所處(chu)的物理狀態(tai)。如(ru)一個220 V -100 W電(dian)(dian)燈燈絲的電(dian)(dian)阻,通(tong)電(dian)(dian)時(shi)是484歐(ou)姆,未(wei)通(tong)電(dian)(dian)時(shi)只有40歐(ou)姆左右(you)。

 

3.電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)率(lv)和電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)是兩個不同的概念。電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)率(lv)是反(fan)映(ying)物質對電(dian)(dian)流阻(zu)(zu)礙作用的屬性(xing),電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)是反(fan)映(ying)物體對電(dian)(dian)流阻(zu)(zu)礙作用的屬性(xing)。

 

 總(zong)結:

 

 常(chang)態下(由表可知)導(dao)(dao)電(dian)性(xing)能的(de)依次是(shi)銀、銅(tong)、鋁(lv),這(zhe)三(san)種材(cai)料是(shi)較常(chang)用的(de),常(chang)被(bei)用來作(zuo)為(wei)導(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian)等(deng),其中(zhong)銅(tong)用的(de)較為(wei)廣(guang)(guang),幾乎現(xian)在(zai)的(de)導(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian)都是(shi)銅(tong)的(de)(精密(mi)儀(yi)器(qi),特殊場(chang)(chang)合(he)(he)(he)除外)鋁(lv)線(xian)(xian)由于(yu)(yu)化(hua)學(xue)性(xing)質不穩定(ding)容易氧化(hua)已被(bei)淘汰(tai)。由于(yu)(yu)鋁(lv)密(mi)度小,取(qu)材(cai)廣(guang)(guang)泛,且價格比銅(tong)便宜,目前被(bei)廣(guang)(guang)泛用于(yu)(yu)電(dian)力系統中(zhong)傳輸電(dian)力的(de)架空輸電(dian)線(xian)(xian)路(lu)。為(wei)解決(jue)鋁(lv)材(cai)剛性(xing)不足缺陷,一(yi)般(ban)采(cai)(cai)用鋼芯鋁(lv)絞線(xian)(xian),即鋁(lv)絞線(xian)(xian)內部包有(you)一(yi)根鋼線(xian)(xian),以提高(gao)強度。銀導(dao)(dao)電(dian)性(xing)能,但(dan)由于(yu)(yu)成本高(gao)很(hen)少(shao)被(bei)采(cai)(cai)用,只(zhi)有(you)在(zai)高(gao)要求場(chang)(chang)合(he)(he)(he)才被(bei)使用,如精密(mi)儀(yi)器(qi)、高(gao)頻震蕩器(qi)、航(hang)天等(deng)。順便說下金(jin),在(zai)某些場(chang)(chang)合(he)(he)(he)儀(yi)器(qi)上觸點也有(you)用金(jin)的(de),那(nei)是(shi)因為(wei)金(jin)的(de)化(hua)學(xue)性(xing)質穩定(ding)故采(cai)(cai)用,并(bing)不是(shi)因為(wei)其電(dian)阻(zu)率小所致

 

 (1)溫度(du)和濕度(du):固(gu)體(ti)(ti)絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)材料(liao)的(de)絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻率(lv)隨溫度(du)和濕度(du)的(de)升高(gao)而(er)降低,特別(bie)是體(ti)(ti)積(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻率(lv)隨溫度(du)改變(bian)而(er)變(bian)化非常大。因(yin)(yin)此(ci),電(dian)(dian)(dian)瓷材料(liao)不但要(yao)測定(ding)(ding)(ding)常溫下的(de)體(ti)(ti)積(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻率(lv),而(er)且(qie)還要(yao)測定(ding)(ding)(ding)高(gao)溫下的(de)體(ti)(ti)積(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻率(lv),以評定(ding)(ding)(ding)其絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)性能的(de)好壞(huai)。由于水(shui)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)導大,隨著濕度(du)增大,表面(mian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻率(lv)和有(you)開口孔隙的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)瓷材料(liao)的(de)體(ti)(ti)積(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻率(lv)急劇下降。因(yin)(yin)此(ci),測定(ding)(ding)(ding)時應嚴格地按照(zhao)規(gui)定(ding)(ding)(ding)的(de)試樣處理要(yao)求和測試的(de)環境條件下進行。

 

(2)電(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang)強(qiang)度:當電(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang)強(qiang)度比較高時(shi),離子(zi)的遷移(yi)率(lv)隨電(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang)強(qiang)度增高而增大(da),而且在接(jie)近擊穿(chuan)時(shi)還會出(chu)現大(da)量的電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)遷移(yi),這(zhe)時(shi)體(ti)積電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻率(lv)大(da)大(da)地降低。因此(ci)在測定時(shi),施加(jia)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)應不超過規定的值。

 

(3)殘余電荷:試(shi)樣在(zai)加工和測(ce)試(shi)等過程中(zhong),可能產生靜電,電阻越高(gao)越容(rong)易產生靜電,影響測(ce)量的準(zhun)確性。因此,在(zai)測(ce)量時(shi),試(shi)樣要(yao)*放電,即可將幾個電極連(lian)在(zai)一起(qi)進行短路。

 

(4)雜(za)散電(dian)(dian)(dian)勢(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)消除:在(zai)絕緣電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)測(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路中(zhong),可能存在(zai)某些雜(za)散電(dian)(dian)(dian)勢(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),如熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)勢(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)解電(dian)(dian)(dian)勢(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、接觸電(dian)(dian)(dian)勢(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)等(deng),其中(zhong)影響大的(de)(de)為電(dian)(dian)(dian)解電(dian)(dian)(dian)勢(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)。用高(gao)阻(zu)(zu)計(ji)測(ce)量(liang)(liang)表面潮濕的(de)(de)試(shi)樣(yang)的(de)(de)體積電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)時,測(ce)量(liang)(liang)極(ji)與保(bao)護極(ji)間可產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)20mv的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)勢(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)。試(shi)驗前應(ying)檢查有(you)無(wu)雜(za)散電(dian)(dian)(dian)勢(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)。可根(gen)據試(shi)樣(yang)加壓前后高(gao)阻(zu)(zu)計(ji)的(de)(de)二次指示是否(fou)相(xiang)同來判斷有(you)無(wu)雜(za)散電(dian)(dian)(dian)勢(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)。如相(xiang)同,證明無(wu)雜(za)散電(dian)(dian)(dian)勢(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi);否(fou)則(ze)應(ying)當尋找并排除產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)雜(za)散電(dian)(dian)(dian)勢(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)根(gen)源,才能進行測(ce)量(liang)(liang)。

 

(5)防止漏(lou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流的(de)(de)(de)影響(xiang):對(dui)于高(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)材料,只(zhi)有采取保(bao)(bao)護(hu)技(ji)術才(cai)能去(qu)除(chu)漏(lou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流對(dui)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)(de)影響(xiang)。保(bao)(bao)護(hu)技(ji)術就是在引起(qi)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang)誤差的(de)(de)(de)漏(lou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)徑上(shang)安置保(bao)(bao)護(hu)導體,截住可能引起(qi)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang)誤差的(de)(de)(de)雜散電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流,使之不流經測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang)回路(lu)或儀(yi)表。保(bao)(bao)護(hu)導體連(lian)接在一起(qi)構成(cheng)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)端(duan),通常保(bao)(bao)護(hu)端(duan)接地。測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang)體積電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)時,三電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)系統的(de)(de)(de)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)極(ji)(ji)就是保(bao)(bao)護(hu)導體。此時要求保(bao)(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)和測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)間的(de)(de)(de)試樣表面電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)高(gao)于與它并(bing)聯元件的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)10~100倍。線(xian)路(lu)接好后,應首先(xian)檢查是否存在漏(lou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。此時斷開與試樣連(lian)接的(de)(de)(de)高(gao)壓線(xian),加(jia)上(shang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓。如在測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang)靈敏度范圍內,測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang)儀(yi)器指示(shi)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)值為無限大,則線(xian)路(lu)無漏(lou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),可進行測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)(liang)。

 

(6)條件處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)(li)和測(ce)試條件的(de)規定:固體(ti)(ti)絕(jue)緣(yuan)材料(liao)(liao)的(de)電阻隨溫(wen)度、濕(shi)度的(de)增(zeng)加(jia)而下降。試樣的(de)預(yu)處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)(li)條件取(qu)決于(yu)被(bei)測(ce)材料(liao)(liao),這些條件在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)材料(liao)(liao)規范中(zhong)(zhong)規定。推薦使用GB10580《固體(ti)(ti)絕(jue)緣(yuan)材料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)試驗前和試驗時采用的(de)標準條件》中(zhong)(zhong)規定的(de)預(yu)處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)(li)方法。可使用甘油—水(shui)溶液潮(chao)濕(shi)箱進行(xing)濕(shi)度預(yu)處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)(li)。測(ce)試條件應與預(yu)處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)(li)條件盡可能(neng)地*,有些時候(如浸(jin)水(shui)處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)(li))不能(neng)保持預(yu)處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)(li)條件和測(ce)試條件*時,則應在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)從預(yu)處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)(li)環(huan)境(jing)中(zhong)(zhong)取(qu)出后在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)盡可能(neng)短時間(jian)內完成測(ce)試,一般不超過5分鐘。

 

(7)電(dian)化(hua)(hua)時(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)規定:當直流(liu)電(dian)壓(ya)加到與(yu)試(shi)樣接觸(chu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)兩電(dian)極間(jian)(jian)(jian)時(shi),通(tong)(tong)(tong)過(guo)試(shi)樣的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)流(liu)會指數(shu)式(shi)地衰減(jian)(jian)到一個穩定值。電(dian)流(liu)隨(sui)時(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)減(jian)(jian)小可(ke)能是由于(yu)電(dian)介質極化(hua)(hua)和(he)可(ke)動離子(zi)位移到電(dian)極所致。對于(yu)體(ti)(ti)積(ji)電(dian)阻(zu)率小于(yu)1010Ω·m的(de)(de)(de)(de)材料(liao),其穩定狀(zhuang)態通(tong)(tong)(tong)常(chang)在1分鐘(zhong)(zhong)內達到。因(yin)此,要(yao)經(jing)過(guo)這個電(dian)化(hua)(hua)時(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)后測(ce)定電(dian)阻(zu)。對于(yu)電(dian)阻(zu)率較高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)材料(liao),電(dian)流(liu)減(jian)(jian)小的(de)(de)(de)(de)過(guo)程可(ke)能會持續幾分鐘(zhong)(zhong)、幾小時(shi)、幾天,因(yin)此需要(yao)用較長的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)化(hua)(hua)時(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)。如果需要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)話,可(ke)用體(ti)(ti)積(ji)電(dian)阻(zu)率與(yu)時(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)關系來描(miao)述材料(liao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)特(te)性。當表面電(dian)阻(zu)較高(gao)時(shi),它(ta)常(chang)隨(sui)時(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)以不規則(ze)的(de)(de)(de)(de)方式(shi)變化(hua)(hua)。測(ce)量表面電(dian)阻(zu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)常(chang)都(dou)規定1分鐘(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)化(hua)(hua)時(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)

 

 

 

六、測(ce)量(liang)技(ji)術

 

a.通常,絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣材(cai)料用于電氣系統的各部(bu)件(jian)相互絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣和(he)對地絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣,固(gu)體絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣材(cai)料還(huan)起機(ji)械(xie)支撐作用。一般(ban)希(xi)望材(cai)料有(you)(you)盡可能高的絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣電阻,并具有(you)(you)合適的機(ji)械(xie)、化(hua)學和(he)耐熱性能。

 

 

 

b.絕緣材料的電阻率一般都很(hen)高,也就是傳(chuan)導(dao)電流(liu)很(hen)小。如果(guo)不(bu)注意外(wai)界因素(su)的干擾和漏電流(liu)的影(ying)響,測量結果(guo)就會發生很(hen)大的誤差。同時絕緣材料本身的吸濕性和環境條(tiao)件的變化對測量結果(guo)也有很(hen)大影(ying)響。

 

 

 

c.影響(xiang)體(ti)(ti)積(ji)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)率和表面電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)率測(ce)(ce)試(shi)的(de)主要因(yin)素是(shi)溫(wen)度(du)和濕(shi)度(du)、電(dian)(dian)場(chang)強度(du)、充電(dian)(dian)時間及殘余電(dian)(dian)荷等(deng)。體(ti)(ti)積(ji)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)率可作(zuo)為選擇絕緣材(cai)(cai)料(liao)的(de)一個參數,電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)率隨溫(wen)度(du)和濕(shi)度(du)的(de)變化而顯著(zhu)變化。體(ti)(ti)積(ji)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)率的(de)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)常常用(yong)來檢(jian)查絕緣材(cai)(cai)料(liao)是(shi)否均勻,或(huo)者用(yong)來檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)那(nei)些能影響(xiang)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)質量(liang)而又(you)不能用(yong)其(qi)他方法檢(jian)測(ce)(ce)到(dao)的(de)導電(dian)(dian)雜質。

 

 

 

d.由于體(ti)積電(dian)(dian)阻總(zong)是(shi)要被(bei)或(huo)多或(huo)少地(di)包(bao)括到表(biao)(biao)面(mian)電(dian)(dian)阻的測(ce)(ce)試(shi)中去(qu),因此只能(neng)近似地(di)測(ce)(ce)量表(biao)(biao)面(mian)電(dian)(dian)阻,測(ce)(ce)得的表(biao)(biao)面(mian)電(dian)(dian)阻值(zhi)主要反映被(bei)測(ce)(ce)試(shi)樣表(biao)(biao)面(mian)污染(ran)的程度。所以(yi),表(biao)(biao)面(mian)電(dian)(dian)阻率(lv)不(bu)是(shi)表(biao)(biao)征(zheng)材(cai)料(liao)本身(shen)特(te)性的參數,而是(shi)一(yi)個有關材(cai)料(liao)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)污染(ran)特(te)性的參數。當表(biao)(biao)面(mian)電(dian)(dian)阻較(jiao)高時,它常隨時間以(yi)不(bu)規則的方式(shi)變化(hua)。測(ce)(ce)量表(biao)(biao)面(mian)電(dian)(dian)阻通常都規定1min的電(dian)(dian)化(hua)時間。
