工作原理
根據歐(ou)姆定律,被測電阻R等于(yu)施加電壓(ya)V除以通過(guo)的(de)電流I。即

傳統的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)儀器的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作原(yuan)理是(shi)測量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)V固(gu)定,通(tong)過(guo)測量流過(guo)被測物體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)流I以標定電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)刻度(du)來讀出電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)值(zhi)。從上式可以看出,由(you)于電(dian)(dian)流I是(shi)與電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)成反比(bi),而不是(shi)成正比(bi),所(suo)以電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)顯示(shi)值(zhi)是(shi)非線性的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),即電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)無窮大(da)時,電(dian)(dian)流為零(ling),即表頭的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)零(ling)位處是(shi)∞,其附近的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)刻度(du)非常密(mi),分辨(bian)率(lv)很(hen)低。整個刻度(du)是(shi)非線性的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。又(you)由(you)于測量不同的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)時,其電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)V也會有些變化,所(suo)以普通(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)高(gao)阻(zu)(zu)計的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)精度(du)是(shi)很(hen)難提高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。

使用方法接好電源線
確保(bao)電源為(wei)220VAC/50Hz
接通電源
將(jiang)電流電阻量程置于(yu) 106檔,電壓(ya)量程置于(yu)10V,然(ran)后開機。(最左側)
連接線路
接好測試線(xian),將測試線(xian)將主機與屏蔽箱連(lian)接好,測體積(ji)電阻(zu)時測試按鈕(niu)撥到Rv邊,測表面電阻(zu)時測試按鈕(niu)撥到Rs邊。然后開(kai)機。
選擇合適的測量電壓
★電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)選擇(ze)開關,注意(yi),在測(ce)試(shi)過(guo)(guo)(guo)程中(zhong)不(bu)要隨意(yi)改動測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),可能因電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的(de)過(guo)(guo)(guo)高或電(dian)(dian)流過(guo)(guo)(guo)大損壞被(bei)測(ce)試(shi)器件或測(ce)試(shi)儀器;
