多試樣橡膠低溫脆性試驗機的試驗標準：

1.規格(ge)

試樣的長為25.0±0.5mm，寬為6.0±0.5mm，厚為2.0±0.3mm。

2.要求(qiu)

試(shi)樣(yang)的表(biao)面(mian)應(ying)光(guang)滑，無外(wai)來雜質(zhi)及損(sun)傷。成品應(ying)經打磨后(hou)裁制成相應(ying)尺(chi)寸(cun)。

多試樣橡膠低溫脆性試驗機的使用方法:

1.接通(tong)電源，溫控儀(yi)和計時器顯示燈亮。

2.向冷井(jing)中(zhong)注入(ru)冷凍(dong)介(jie)質（一般為工業乙(yi)醇(chun)），其注入(ru)量應保證夾持器的下端(duan)到(dao)液面的距離為75±10mm。

3.將試(shi)樣(yang)垂(chui)直夾在夾持器上。夾的不宜過緊或過松，以防止試(shi)樣(yang)變形或脫落。

4.達到試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)溫度后，按(an)下(xia)啟動(dong)按(an)鈕，試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)機自動(dong)工作（按(an)下(xia)夾持器，開始冷凍試(shi)(shi)樣(yang)，同時(shi)(shi)(shi)啟動(dong)時(shi)(shi)(shi)序(xu)控制開關(guan)或按(an)動(dong)秒表計時(shi)(shi)(shi)。試(shi)(shi)樣(yang)冷凍時(shi)(shi)(shi)間規定為3.0±0.5min。試(shi)(shi)樣(yang)冷凍期間，冷凍介質溫度波動(dong)不得超(chao)過±1℃）

5.取下試(shi)樣，將試(shi)樣按沖擊方(fang)向(xiang)彎曲成180°，仔細觀察有無破壞。

6.試(shi)(shi)樣(yang)經沖(chong)擊后(hou)（每個試(shi)(shi)樣(yang)只(zhi)準沖(chong)擊一(yi)次），如出現破壞時(shi)，應提(ti)高冷(leng)凍(dong)介質的溫(wen)度，否則降低其溫(wen)度，繼續進行試(shi)(shi)驗。

7.溫(wen)度調節(jie)方(fang)法：

a、按(an)set鍵，溫控儀(yi)進入設置狀態

b、按“＜”鍵移動到要設置的位置

c、按(an)“∧”鍵(jian)調整溫度

d、按(an)“set”鍵確定

通過反復試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)，確定至(zhi)少有兩個(ge)試(shi)(shi)(shi)樣不破壞的(de)低溫度(du)和至(zhi)少一個(ge)試(shi)(shi)(shi)樣破壞的(de)gao溫度(du)，如(ru)這兩個(ge)結(jie)果相差不大于1℃時，即(ji)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)結(jie)束。

Instrument standards:The instrument is designed according to GB1682 national standard. The technical indexes meet the requirements of HG 2-162-1965 low temperature impact compression test method and GB5470-2008 plastic impact embrittlement temperature test method.

Structural principle：A. The equipment consists of the main body of the refrigeration compressor, heating device, electronic control box, cooling tank, cooling medium circulation system and automatic alarm device. After starting the refrigeration switch, the compressor starts to work and the refrigeration system enters the formal working state. The refrigeration compressor works continuously. When approaching the set temperature, the heating device in the cooling tank begins to provide heat proportionally to balance the excess cold generated by the refrigeration system in order to achieve the goal of constant temperature. Stirring can make the cooling medium in the cooling tank circulate continuously and make the temperature uniform.   B. Sample holder      Four specimens (rubber) are clamped on one side and fifteen specimens (plastic) are clamped on the other.    C. Impulse Device     The impact device consists of an impact hammer and a self-locking mechanism.      D. impactor    The radius of the impact head is 1.6 + 0.1 mm.  When impacting, the gap between the impacting head and the sample holder is 6.4 + 0.3 mm.     The distance between the center line of the impact head and the sample holder is 8 +0.3mm.

Usage: 1. Switch on the power supply, the temperature controller and the timer display light are on. 2. To inject refrigerant (industrial ethanol) into the cold well, the injection quantity should ensure that the distance from the lower end of the clamp to the liquid level is 75 +10 mm. 3. Hold the sample vertically on the clamp. The clamp should not be too tight or loose to prevent the specimen from deforming or falling off. 4. Press the gripper and start to freeze the sample. At the same time, start the timing control switch (or press the stopwatch) to time. The freezing time of the sample is 3.0 +0.5 min. During the freezing period of the sample, the temperature fluctuation of the refrigerant must not exceed (+1 C). 5. Lift the lifting clamp so that the impactor impacts the specimen in half a second. 6. Take down the sample and bend it to 180 degrees in the direction of impact. Carefully observe whether there is any damage. 7. After impact (each specimen is allowed to impact only once), if damage occurs, the temperature of the refrigerant should be increased, otherwise the temperature of the refrigerant should be lowered and the test should be continued. Temperature, if the difference between the two results is not more than 1 C, is the end of the test.  

Notes 1. The cooling cycle should not be cut off during the test, otherwise the cooling effect will be produced. 2. The cylinder pressure has been adjusted before leaving the factory and can not be changed arbitrarily.

Characteristic and application: Low temperature brittleness testing machine is used to determine the highest temperature of the sample when it is damaged by impact under specified conditions, that is, brittleness temperature. It can be used to compare the performance of plastics and other elastic materials under low temperature conditions. The brittleness temperature and low temperature properties of vulcanized rubber with different rubber materials or formulations can be determined. Therefore, it is indispensable not only in the quality inspection of scientific research materials and products, but also in the control of production process.

結構(gou)原理

1. 升降夾(jia)持器

升降夾持器(qi)由帶有夾持器(qi)的(de)氣缸和氣缸座組成。

從試樣受沖擊部位(wei)，到夾持器下端(duan)的距(ju)離為(wei)11.0±0.5mm。

2.沖擊裝置

沖(chong)(chong)擊(ji)(ji)裝置由沖(chong)(chong)擊(ji)(ji)器和沖(chong)(chong)擊(ji)(ji)氣(qi)缸(gang)組成。

3.沖(chong)擊(ji)器

沖(chong)擊(ji)器頭部(bu)形狀和尺寸(cun)如(ru)實物所示。沖(chong)擊(ji)器的重量為200±20g，其工作行程為40&plusmn;1mm。沖(chong)擊(ji)氣缸在(zai)復位(wei)狀態下，沖(chong)擊(ji)器端部(bu)到試樣的距離為25±1mm。

4.冷(leng)凍介質(zhi)：工(gong)業乙醇
